It is disappointing you felt this was the case, as we have not received any other such comments.
I can see from the questionnaire you completed that your travelling times to the hotel and when returning home, were longer than anticipated, although we do not give specific details of this in the information we provide. Travel times can of course, be affected by flight delays and any delays with baggage and as you may be aware from recent media coverage, many airports are experiencing problems due to staff shortages, which may have contributed to the delays you experienced.
I hope this did not detract from your enjoyment of the hotel.

The hotel is in a residential area, although it is easy to get a taxi into the main town. I hope you were able to enjoy the 3 nights you stayed there and had a chance to do some exploring.

I am sorry you were disappointed with the Bon Appetit meals at the hotel. Had you spoken to Tracey our representative, it may have been possible to change your board basis during your stay.
I hope that despite this, you enjoyed your stay.

We have visited the Cape Verde islands with CapeVerde Experiences 5 times now. Tracey always looks after us really well, and the guides we met on Saint Vincent and on San Antao were great.
