Easy to lay long sturdy boards great to look at
Sales person helped with my sizing and amount of wood required order placed hiccup with availability but was able to order a thicker wood exactly the same as i wanted wood delivered laid it myself...

Poor quality
Not a great quality laminate, lots of pieces in multiple packs chipped, even though no evidence of damage on packaging. Have emailed company to return flooring and almost 2 weeks on no response.

Customer service very poor…
Ordered laminate online with an email next day explaining it was out of stock. I called and requested a refund which was acknowledged. Took a further 2 calls and 2 emails and over 10 days to process...
