service was good and prompt, informative but i wish i was aware that the credit card was going to be charged twice when you supplied the wrong product and it had to be replaced, this normally is not...

order not complete, had to phone 2 times. Lots of confusing e-mails/delivery notes that didn't make sense. No refence on any of the paperwork made about the missing items. V. poor

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you waited 2 weeks to receive this item off your order. We were awaiting supplies from our vendor. Upon checking your order I can't see that you have informed us of the leakage problem previously. Please can you advise how many of the bottles you received are affected. I hope it's only one of the bottles received that you have experienced a problem with, if not it may be a faulty batch. If you can let me know I can arrange a replacement for the faulty item.

It is actually the cap that leaks and i have had reports of around 6-7 that leak. Its seems that the cap on the bottle does not close tightly enough and is catching on peoples clothes and then leaking all down the side of the person.

Thank you for your response. I have raised a credit for quantity 8 of the product already received and raised a replacement order for the same quantity which you should receive on Monday. We have checked the remaining stock and have been assured none are showing any signs of leakage.
