There is a gas smell on the floor (2nd) where I store. And the motion light does not detect my presence while I'm at my unit. I have to walk at least another 10 feet to activate it.

I’ve rented spaces several times over the past 20 years, and have no reason at all to look elsewhere. Even the times I’ve forgotten about them and pulled quotes, they are always the best choice! 😂
