No issues with Rubicon’s service prior to the trip. Joining instructions could have been a little clearer; I was under the impression that the 12:00 joining time was an absolute deadline. In the end...

Wonderful, Wet, Windy, Waves, Weather and Wildlife too, cant beat it.
It was a fanytastic experience from start to finish. Not for the faint hearted though

Dear Raymond. We are very sorry to have seen your feedback and have responded to you more fully elsewhere. We know that sailing on a 60' expedition yacht can be a disorientating experience and novice sailors can be nervous, but rest assured that the professional crew on board will always keep you 100% safe! Sadly it seems this trip was not for you but we do wish you well for the future
