Dear Marlow - thanks so much for your feedback and we're pleased you enjoyed your time with us. As your title says, we are very much about sail training, mixed with a holiday and exploring, hence why we don't use roller furlers and such like. It does sound like a few more hatches could have been opened at times, but it is very hot in the Caribbean isn't it? It's always a real trade off when sailing offshore in hot climates. In heavier seas, the galley can always be a challenging place as well! I'm so glad though that you got so much from it, if you would like to discuss any of this further with us, please don't hesitate to email us.
