I am sorry that your order was not quite as expected. Our bags contain 0.5m3 of bark (approximately 500L) and cover 10m2 at 50mm deep. Our Customer Services Team is happy to help with any queries you may have on the amount of bags required. In addition to this, we have our product calculator on our website for guidance.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see that you have been in touch with our customer Services Team who have been able to offer advice. I understand variance in appearance can be concerning however it is not always indicative of an issue. It looks like the lawn is ready for a cut be careful to only take a third off in one go and this will help the appearance of the lawn.
