Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received. We are constantly looking to improve and your feedback about the courier and packaging is very helpful. I can assure you that the item left our warehouse in perfect condition. We package all our items with care and label them appropriately. We will be monitoring closely the service that Hermes provide to avoid such situations in the future. They were brilliant on replacing broken clock to be fair it must of been handled badly in transit although there was fragile stickers all over it .

All worked fine on their website and the documentation supplied was well done. Took 10 days…
All worked fine on their website and the documentation supplied was well done. Took 10 days to arrive but guess that was a result of all the Black Friday parcels.
