The wrong offer was sent by Rettie to the lawyer for the purchase of our flat that we were selling. This was inexcusable . Luckily we didn’t lose any money but we were not impressed

The invoice from Rettie for the flat sale was not cheap and did not reflect the service regarding the wrong offer. A trainee sales person should not have been solely in charge .
As professional people , my husband and I are not impressed. This mistake could have caused chaos.
