Reseñas de Resume Writing Group

Awesome, Lisa ! - Glad we could help !!

We'll let Katrina know ! Let us know if you need any other assistance ... Thanks for your business!

Hi Luis,

Thank you for your order and for your frank review. It saddens me to read this because this is the first we've heard from you since we sent you a draft of your resume on March 30th. At that time, we contacted you for feedback and/or to request any revisions. We've received no communication so we assumed you were satisfied with that draft.

We remain at your disposal ready to help tweak our initial work into a powerful job-winning document that YOU love. You can call us anytime on our toll-free #, email us through the site, or reply here and let us know when you want someone to call you.

This is an easy fix, I'm sure!

Sincerely,
Andrew Greenstein

Thanks, Bill! We're glad to have helped. Is there anything we can do to earn 5 stars from you : ) ?

Andrew

Hi Carol,

Thank you for your feedback but our records show that you do not have an order with us and we have done no work for you.

I do see that you requested to pay by check and that work is pending until that payment is received. I do see that you've been In contact with two of our staff members and that they've advised you we'll be happy to spend more time discussing your resume once your order has been properly set up and payment has been received.

Please let us know if you have any other questions..

(As per the subject line, this individual wishes to have us interview her, discuss her resume, create her resume, and revise our work --without any payment or deposit. Since it is not our policy to do so, she has elected to give us 1 star)

Hi Jeff,

Sorry to hear that you don't feel there was enough "pop"--but we can certainly fix that! Often, it's the science of knowing what to include and what not to include... how to make your resume very* ATS-friendly....and carefully choosing what to "beef up" and what to "hold back on"....that makes all the difference...

I do see that you wrote this review within 4 days of receiving your resume. It generally takes longer than that to hear back from prospective employers --even if you mass distribute your new resume.

I also see that prior to the completion of your initial resume draft, you and your writer discussed some of your expectations in great detail. Their manager certainly wouldn't mind following that up with a phone call to determine which areas you'd like to see improved.... We'll then use that information to turnaround a final, potentially more powerful resume...

Sincerely,
Andrew Greenstein
