We actually don't charge to correct errors and are happy to do so.Any additional charge would be to include substantial information that was not previously provided or to change the focus of your resume from what was originally requested. Will call you to discuss and work out !

Hi Ginger,
Thank you for your feedback. I do see that your lead writer was in communication with you re: the slight delay which resulted simply from us needing to ask you a few more career-related questions so that we could create the best resume possible with your goals in mind. re: The fact that you haven't received any calls yet...….You only received your new resume a few days ago. Please allow a bit longer....If you've had no calls within 2 weeks, give us a call and we'll work together to revise it !

Not what I expected
I had very little contact and they basically trimmed down my resume from the one I had and made evry few changes to my cover letter. It looked a lot nicer visually but they didnt ask me any questions...
