A typical response from RedWigWam. No admission of responsibility on their part for inaccuracies in their instructions, just a sweeping statement about “all workers” in an attempt to shift blame. I see from their response to other negative feedback that it’s important to get the last word in. And a senior staff member such as Lorna responding personally would seem to give it gravitas. The fact is she’s probably one of a handful of people there who can spell and string a cogent sentence together. I won’t be wasting any more of my time on this. I just remain bitterly disappointed that Lorna’s surname is not “Mower” - at least then I could have raised a smile.
