The change and cancellation fees were outlined in our Terms & Conditions, and the suppliers Terms & Conditions, which were agreed to prior to confirming your reservation online. Horrible
Horrible service. Never book with them. They charge $20 less than the airline but will charge you for luggage, and any changes including UPGRADES
