Why no legal packs?
I wanted to make early offers on 2 properties but couldn't because the legal packs weren't available until the last minute which just isn't good enough.

Hi Darren. we are sorry that the legal packs were not available until last minute on the lots you were interested in purchasing. As standard practice, we request legal packs to be with us two weeks prior to auction, however this is not always possible in every case. We do all we can to chase legal packs that haven't been received and you are still able to make pre-auction offers with the condition of sight and acceptance of the legal documents.

I made an offer on 150 Newton Rd Lowton at least 2 weeks prior to auction date and was told you cannot put the offer to the seller until you have the legal pack, that was the last I heard from pugh regarding the matter so my offer was basically just ignored? Also I keep getting emails from yourselves regarding my interest on a property on Gidlow lane Wigan but I was never interested in this property so all in all my experience with yourselves was not a good one.
