Appalling non existent customer service dreadful dispatch and delivery. Overpriced items. No complaints system available. Negligible communication skills. No one answered phone calls to the number...

It's not good enough to say you are a small team. Making claims you can't actually keep to, is contravening the Consumer Protection Act. As I said previously I won't order any further Proskin items.

Good products. Poor customer service

Products are good. But customer service is terrible. Had a missing item, send 3 emails, not once did they respond, weeks later sent me the item. Poor communication
