Hi Luke, thank you for taking time to providing a review. Your feedback is much appreciated and I'm glad we were able to deal with the issues that arose. We are always reviewing the tutor support and have taken action where needed. We are committed to ensure all students get prompt and constructive feedback as well as answers to any questions raised through the Refinery. It's a continuous process and I believe we have made some changes to avoid similar delays to what you experienced.

Thank you Maria for your positive feedback!

Thank you for your feedback. This is something we would like to see as well, but it depends largely on agreeing with CIM and as they deal with many study centres it is probably not an easy task. However, the idea is good and has featured on our wish list for a while. We hope it will become reality at some point.

Hi Sam, Thank you for the positive feedback. I'm delighted you are happy with the support provided. Kind regards, Kamilla

Thank you for your feedback, it's much appreciated.

I am sorry you seem to have had an issue with receiving our messages. We work very hard to ensure everyone is kept up to date with the information they need to have and I'm not sure what happened in your case. I can't see any messages from you highlighting that you were experiencing issues with the communication. Any problems that are brought to our attention will always be dealt with, but we can only act upon information provided. I hope you still benefited from your studies and that the course has provided new insights and skills relevant to your work. Kind regards, Kamilla
