Thank you for your feedback. You are able to pay your deposit on Pitchup.com with Maestro, please see here for more information: https://www.pitchup.com/about/faq/#can-i-pay-maestro. Parks and sites on Pitchup.com determine their own policies regarding when the rest of the balance is to be paid to them. In this case, the park will contact you as soon as they can to arrange the rest of the payment. Pitchup.com displays this information in the ‘Policies’ tab of the campsite/park’s listing page and under the ‘Payment of balance’ section of the confirmation page before you complete your booking. Pitch up was easy to use but I now cant get hold of the site…

Pitch up was easy to use but I now cant get hold of the site to pay the remaining balance which could result in pitch up making £22.50 for nothing so I am not happy at the minute.
