Good Morning, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear the covers have all weathered badly. Depending on which style of cover you purchase from Bosmere they do all come with different warranty timeframes. After reviewing your order details over, I can confirm the Bosmere Protector 6000 Circular Patio Set Cover 4/6 Seater / Dark Green / C520XL you purchased on the 07 Jan 2023 does have a 6 year warranty. The Bosmere Ultimate Protector Circular Patio Set Cover / 4-6 Seat / Green U520XLG you most recently purchased from us on the 31 Jul 2025 does have a 7 year warranty. If you could please send some images of the faults highlighted on both covers through to customerservice@philipmorrisdirect.co.uk, we will be able to assist you further.
