Not much help when I needed it
My support worker has to help me. You offered me £4,000 cover for £37 and online it was £7,000 cover for £38. Why not give me the better option when continuing after the few weeks free you gave me

We can't advise on what plan customers choose whether that be based on the cover or price, that's up to you to decide as we can only advise on the policy, T&Cs and the quoted price for the plan that you want. Quick response ! Petplan could have said pay £38 😨 a month and you can be covered up to £7,000 instead of £37 a month for £4,000 though?

I am happy with the policy I’m on now thank you but just a shame we were not told that you could just pay the extra £1 to get £3,000 extra cover !
