So far so good
So far they have been very thorough and patient. I really like that you can communicate vid WhatsApp rather than a phone call.

Flexibility of advice
The process allows for communication to meet your needs. I work constantly and I'm not great over the phone and I communicated through WhatsApp which was really flexible. A good process.
