I can see that your goods arrived by the last day quoted on your delivery schedule, due to the large volume of orders we sometimes experience delays in despatch but always guarantee delivery by the final day.
The standard delivery charge is based on any order any size which follows a process of being picked, checked, packed and despatched as well as the initial postage charge which is incorporated.

My wife used this site to buy products for her best friends baby shower. She was very pleased and will be buying more of your products before the big event.
Gave a date when I needed these items, they were not delivered until the day after the party, I did not take them off the courier as I did not then need them shall never order anything again.

I paid extra postage of £5.60 when i ordered on the monday so that parcel would arrive by 9pm on the Thursday, as needed products for the Saturday. parcel did not arrive till a week later. delights...
