During weekends, we operate with a more limited team so we must prioritise based on the urgency of each enquiry to ensure that all essential matters are handled efficiently, so some replies may occasionally take a couple of hours. Regarding the Tourist Climate Tax, The Greek government requires owners to collect a Tourist Climate Tax. As stated clearly in the property listing and our T&C, this tax is collected in cash by the property manager on arrival.
