Reseñas de Nationwide Vehicle Contracts

Thanks for the great feedback, Trevor

Hi Richard, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience following your initial order. While the delay to your vehicle was outside our direct control, we fully appreciate that the lack of proactive communication during this time added to your frustration. We aim to keep customers informed of any known changes to their vehicle’s estimated delivery date. We’re sorry that, on this occasion, you had to contact us for updates rather than hearing from us first. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the information provided when you did contact us. Even when we are waiting for an update from the manufacturer, we understand how important clear and regular communication is. We’re pleased to hear that your new car has now arrived and that everything is fine with the vehicle. Thank you again for your feedback. We’ll make sure your comments are shared with the relevant team as we continue to review how we communicate with customers when manufacturer delays occur.
