Thank you very much for your feedback. All suggestions are valued. The certificates are currently valid for 12 months but you can book a further 18 months (even 2 years in some instances) in advance. We currently have cruises on the program that sail December 2017. We have also just introduced our gifting program where you can gift your certificate to friends and family if you won't get chance to use them.

Very few of the trips leave from Brisbane and the few that do are very limited and infrequent. Sydney gets the majority of services.

I would like to see more 241 hotels as there is not a good choice to choose from, apart from that i have to admit that the 241 staff can answer any question and are very friendly and helpful

As a valued member you are also entitled to member rates on 100’s of hotels where the 241 Is not available.
