The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to sort out our trip with a minimum of fuss, even though we were a bit undecided on some things. They were very patient.

We were not happy with our purchase of 2 for 1 deal because it gives the idea that 2 people can travel for price of 1 person. The fares advertised on the two for one rewards website are "rack rate"...
