Very very poor
Really poor service overall. For first 6 months I couldn't even view my booking on the website. Every time I emailed them i was told it was being fixed but it remained 'unfixed' for the whole year...

Excellent service and great price. £800 each cheaper than Virgin for the same holiday, only difference was flying BA. Answered any questions quickly & efficiently. Would certainly recommend them and...
