It was a good deal. I had been researching this hotel and then I saw My Qld Holidays ad in Sunday paper so that clinched it.

I had a lot of issues with my customer service representative. On a number of occasions she sent through incorrect quotes and then was very hard to contact to have her fix the problems

Only criticism is the hotel I wanted was under refurbishment and was a bit disappointing after being told it would be ok.
