Thank you very much for contacting us with your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that the flower arrangement you have received from us arrived slightly damaged and apologise for any upset this will have caused. It is never acceptable that one of our products has arrived in such poor condition especially as we usually take great care when despatching our orders. Please be assured this incident will be looked into by our warehouse manager. I am not sure how badly damaged the arrangement is, but if you would like to post it back to us we would be more than happy to offer you either a full refund or a replacement. We will also reimburse any returns postage costs you incur. We thank you for bringing this to our attention and I do hope this incident does not put you off ordering in future.
