Apologies for your unsatisfactory experience. As explained over the phone, we processed your request with Jaguar themselves so they should be in touch. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite or manage this process and it's very much at the behest of the manufacturer, in this case Jaguar. However, as explained, we have printed off the brochure ourselves and it will be in the post ASAP, and in addition we will process your request again.
