Not impressed by the pheromones. I've caught and killed 20+ Tinea pellionella in the room since putting the traps out but the traps have caught zero moths. Not convinced at all by the pheromones...

If you are seeing moths flying around your home but not seeing any moths on the Traps it could be for the following reasons.

Lo que Mark Walden-jones dijo sobre Moth Prevention:
I used the bombs in my house and studio. There were still a few left which I continued to spray. I think the infestation has been thwarted.

Very disappointed. I have 3 cards up with 3 moths between them after over 2 months. Plenty flying about but not throwing themselves on the traps. That's over £10 per moth at the moment.

Dear Customer
If you are not seeing any moths on the Traps it could be for the following reasons:
1) The moth you are targeting is not one of the Moths mentioned above. You may like to view our guide on Identifying Clothes and Carpet Moths.
Our Traps catch the following types of Moth:
•Webbing Clothes Moth, otherwise know as the Common Clothes Moth (Tineola bisselliella)
•Case Bearing Moth, otherwise know as the Case Making Moth (Tinea pellionella)
•White Shouldered House Moth (Endrosis sarcitrella)
•Brown House Moth (Hofmannophila pseudospretella)
The traps attract the active adult male moths and can be kept in place for 12 weeks after opening.
2) It could be due to the stage in the moth life cycle. The moths you are seeing flying around may be females and juveniles, so when the males mature and are sexually active they will be attracted to the Traps.
3) Positioning of the Traps is important. They need to be 3-6 feet above carpet level. If you have any other moth deterrents placed nearby they can distract from the Traps.
If you require more information it can be found in this article How to Maximise the Effectiveness of Your Moth Traps.
