Thank you for your comments however we were not aware this item had not been recieved. We despatched the goods on 18.02.14 the same day it was ordered. It was despatched by royal mail recorded delivery to the address provided on your order and we emailed you the invoice and tracking number to confirm. Having checked the tracking number I can confirm it was delivered and signed for on 20.02.14 as per the below - Your item with reference KR445860650GB was delivered from our WEST LONDON Delivery Office on 20/02/14 . I literally had to call them by myself and email before I got any proof of warranty for my purchased products. On top of that they did not provide the complete coverage for the product but just parts...

As requested we provided a proof of warranty as per the manufactueres spec. This warranty is with the manufactuere therefore not something we can amend we are afraid Kind regards Becky
