Package took over two weeks to come. I had to go and pick it up…
Package took over two weeks to come. I had to go and pick it up from the delivery people in the end, when I opened it all the plastic bags were covered in a black dust. Not very happy.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in your delivery. As we understand, these goods have now been received. I have passed your comments onto our courier and our warehouse manager regarding the plastic bags. I hope that your next order will arrive in good time, most of our deliveries arrive within 2 to 3 working days and you having to collect yourself is unacceptable, please accept our apology for any inconvenience caused.
