The dress arrived in a terrible state in a small plastic bag about 9 ins square i never even bothered to try it on I have had lots of things from Mint Velvet but this has really put me off **

This is absolutely not how we expect any of our parcels to be sent so please be assured that this has been reported to our Warehouse Manager to look into further with the operative that packed your order.
