Hi Daniel, I apologize for the frustration in getting your project working. I took a look at the cases associated with your account and while the agents assigned to your cases haven't had a chance to update them yet, it looks like the developers responded to our internal cases this morning to let us know that there are bug fixes in the works to address both issues. :) The developers provided a temporary workaround option for one of the issues as well if you would be interested in that. I will update your cases with more information momentarily and I will also let you know when the fixes are deployed and available.

Hi David, I apologize for the confusion in selecting which one of our products to use. I will pass your feedback on to the product team. I'm glad you were able to conclude that ARJS is a good solution for your use case though! When you purchase a license for ARJS, you are actually entitled to a year's worth of major/minor updates, so with your ARJS 2.1 license, you should be able to use ARJS 2.2. :)
