You don’t have to pay anything when you drop your parcel off, however all UK return parcels are subject to a £1.99 return fee for up to 6 items, additional items will then be charged at £1 per item which will be deducted from your refund.In-store returns are free. A return fee is applied as the item/s are having to be checked over by our quality control team, steamed to ensure no contamination and repackaged (if the item/s are in a resalable condition), The items will then be placed back into stock. As I’m sure you can appreciate that this is very time consuming and means that other customers may miss out on purchasing these item/s due to the length of time it takes for the unwanted item to be returned and processed via our warehouse.
