Very obviously things done to cut costs which is not appropriate. Very limited breakfast last day, always running out of food at tea unless there within a few minutes of it starting. Food less good...

I have selected poor, as it wasn't good and was far from excellent. However it wasn't poor. I think the word to some up the holiday is 'fine', if this what you are hoping to provide as a holiday...

Thank you for your comments about Le Val d’Isere. We fully agree that the staff should have been willing to go a bit further and we definitely wouldn’t expect them to say they didn’t know something.
