It’s been a week and apparently my return is still with Hermes in the depot! Utter rubbish! Better walking into a shop and walking out if something doesn’t fit… or… and I could be rather suspicious...

Item never arrived

Never had my item delivered. They canceled my order on behalf of me apparently there was an issue with my post code (i lived there for a while never had any issues with my post code). They refunded...

I’m a size 14 , I ordered a large ( size 16) it won’t go anywhere near me , too tight and body length too short , delivery was prompt so not companies fault that the swimsuit is not the right size

Not good enough

My daughters shoes weren’t delivered on time so I got in touch with M&M to see where there were. I got a vague “sorry not sure where they are will find out” answer and didn’t hear back. Nor was I...
