It does look as though your order was successfully delivered on 20/09. This was a few days later than we would have hoped due to the local tax / duty that needed to be paid before customs could release your parcel.

The clothes were georgeous quality. We love them. They came fast and well packaged. I was very impressed with the prompt, friendly and professional service. Dom and the team do a great job! Well done!
sizes are way off XXL is terrible way to small they are having this stuff made in china you can tell as they always get sizes wrong. we have had two shirts that we paid for express delivery turned up...

When your order was placed, there was a large banner on our website explaining that no orders would be dispatched until the following week. Apologies if you missed this or if it wasn't immediately clear. You paid for standard delivery with your orders, and with this dispatch pause taken into account, both were delivered in our promised 'standard delivery' time scale.
We're sorry you didn't have the items for your holiday and again that they weren't the perfect fit you. Customer satisfaction is really important to us, so if you haven’t already, please email dom@man-cub.com and we will be happy to arrange an exchange / return.
