For new business, multi bike policy it was quite an easy transaction. Completed quickly.It is a comprehensive policy with breakdown cover and competitively priced.

Shocking that you charge a cancellation fee for customers who, want to cancell a policy over a year old, to take out a new multi bike policy with you. Utterly ridiculous.

Still not resolved. Very unhappy.
Assured all was ok by phone (recorded?) only to get an email 5 days later saying 'policy cancelled'. Very poor.
