It was really nice to speak to you on the telephone regarding this matter.After speaking with you myself, I spoke to our Digital subscriptions team and requested for one of their team members to telephone you directly to see if they could see why this was happening with your app. It appears that it may have been the latest update within the app that was causing the problems although my colleague who spoke to you tested this with you and it appears to be all working fine now so this is great news.
