Thank you for travelling with Luxury Gold and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We are sorry to read that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the last minute changes to the Château stay and the Eiffel Tower dining experience, particularly as these were key highlights of your journey. We also regret your concerns about the included dining, the level of itinerary detail provided before and during your trip, the clarity of the sightseeing inclusions and the repeated communications regarding your airport transfers. Your comments highlight several areas where we can improve, and they will be shared with the relevant teams for review. We are, however, pleased to read that your Travel Concierge remained personable, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the journey, doing their best to deliver a positive experience despite the circumstances. We also appreciate the professionalism of your Coach Driver during your travels. Thank you again for your honest feedback. While we are sorry that this experience has affected your confidence in travelling with us again, your comments are invaluable as we continue to review and improve the experience we provide to our guests.
