Brilliant service - great communication with driver throughout the day about drop off/pick up locations and times. He was really friendly and supplied rubbish bags for us as well.

Were very sorry to hear of your disappointment. We have investigated the points youve raised and understand that the driver felt that the size of the coach made it too tight to get closer to the venue, and in these instances we support their professional opinion. We apologise that this was not communicated to you in advance or perhaps not at the time either. However, in regards to the quality of the driving, this is not the kind of behaviour that we accept from our drivers and we have extensive training to ensure that our drivers are amongst the most professional on the road. I assure you this is not indicative of the service you can expect from us and we hope we have the opportunity to demonstrate that in the future. Thank you for your feedback.
