I have passed this on to our Customer Care team and someone will be in contact soon to verify your email and postal address, so the paperwork can be resent.

Please note, when policy documents are emailed to customers, they are sometimes mistakenly sorted into the spam or trash folders. You may want to check these folders, as you paperwork may be there.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the customer service you received last year.

We do value this type of honest feedback, as it helps us improve our products and services. I have passed your comments along to our Customer Care manager and have asked that someone call you as soon as possible to assist.

We will also have our Quality Assurance team review the call you received last year. We do not allow "pushy" sales tactics, and I apologise that the agent you spoke with came across this way. So far - so good!
5 star because so far nothing has caused me stress. My funeral insurance was simple to set up, I am satisfied with the payment amounts, but, as I am still living and not yet 85, I cannot judge LET'S...
