Does take longer than other companies but I feel this shows they are a responsible lender and I felt like I had a personalised service rather than being just a number.

Overall good
Some excellent pleasant service from some on the telephone - others seemed to be quite abrupt and patronising.

Poor
Too complicated and process took too long. Wouldn't use lend fair again

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you found our process to long and too complicated.  We try and keep our process as simple as possible but as a responsible lender we are required to carry out an affordability and creditworthiness assessment to ensure we are lending responsibly.  Please remember that we are not a pay day loans company so our process may take a little longer.

Good company keep you informed along the way. Just 1 problem, too many phone calls to rush the loan through i enquired and if i need it as soon as possible i would responds as soon as possible.
