The BMW 1200R you originally booked was retired from our fleet as part of our ongoing effort to maintain the highest standards of safety, comfort, and performance across all our bikes. We reached out with an alternative option well in advance of your pickup date, but we understand it wasn’t the right fit for you and respected your decision with a full refund. While we're disappointed things didn’t align this time, we hope it’s clear this change came from a place of prioritizing rider safety and delivering only the best quality experiences. We’d love the chance to welcome you back, perhaps with a ride on our brand new BMW 1250RT, a premium upgrade that many of our riders have been thrilled with.
