What a nightmare! No more vouchers from this firm ever please!
I am currently in dispute with the company as no hotel accommodation had been arranged at the two hotels we were sent to. So far no response to my complaint.

Very good service. All worked out very well. Room was lovely in Shearaton Park Lane. Only downside was we booked for 3 people and were in a twin room with an extra bed and had to pay an extra £55...
