Friendly and honest advisor,laid out mortgage sequence in clear and easy to understand terms and gave options without doing a "hard sell" for products that might not be relevant. Would recommend

Do not recommend
Paid a lifetime mortgage fee of £700 - assumed this would mean we would have no further costs to incur. Asked to pay £99 admin fee for remortgage. Then to see on our document that Sequence are also...
