Been charge for delivery 40£ the order should come in few days is over week and I still didn’t received,

Thanks for taking the time to give feedback. Obviously we're disappointed with our 1 star review. The cover you ordered was sent directly from our suppliers warehouse not from our own. During busy times orders can be delayed by a few days. We apolgise for the delay and we're really pleased to hear your cover has now arrived.

We our still waiting as the delivery driver took a couple of pictures as chair was damaged at the top he left it and said he would tell yourself and it would get replaced

Hi Patricia,
Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Your furniture was delivered using the direct home delivery service not our own delivery team. The driver who took the photos is not employed by JB or the manufacturers so I fear those photos have never been passed on. Any problems with your furniture needed to be reported to ourselves. We will call you today to discuss the problem you have with the chair and have the issue resolved asap.

Welcomed on entering the store and allowed to view furniture on display at my leisure no sales pressure. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
