Thank you for your feedback. On this occaision we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations.
Firstly the postage amount you were charged was incorrect. It appears that a setting had been changed on the website which ment you were overcharged, as if we were shipping each item individually.
We will be refunding the full postage charge, including what you should have paid, as a gesture of goodwill.
The shipment was delayed due to a back order of stock. This should have been relayed to you and I’m sorry that this didn’t happen on this occaision due to staff holidays.
We will be updating our procedures and reitterating this to all staff to ensure that everyone is made aware of stock issues, and that customers are kept informed where there is a delay.

Easy to use. A shame cannot be downloaded on iTunes

I’m sorry that you have not received your USB stick.
I can confirm we dispatched the item on 29th May 2015 via Royal Mail 1st class post.
I would have expected this to arrived with you with 2 working days so can only assume that it has been lost in the post.
I will send out today a replacement USB stick.
If you would like me to also send you download links to one of the tracks so you can start listening straight away (for example the Pregnancy Relaxation MP3) please do let me know by reply and I will arrange this.
