Unfortunately, our internal booking system is slightly different from our customer website and we have only a limited amount of characters with which to personalise vouchers, therefore if a message is too long it defaults to blank in order to allow the customer to write in the entire message.
2 Christmas wrappers were sent out to you on Monday 2nd December - we hope that you have received them by now.
